We went to Tartine and shared a plain croissant (highly recommended) and a croque-monsieur that had ham, cheese and asparagus on it with a pickled carrot. Then we rested in the park for a little bit before driving around to the Ferry Building for a chai latte from Peet’s Coffee.
4 May 2010 - Tuesday
We went to the Japanese Tea Garden, then laid on a bench in front of the DeYoung Museum while she talked on the phone with her parents. She came to the conclusion that we needed to figure out our summer situation ASAP. We went to Union Square to look for STA Travel Agency, only to end up in their Palo Alto branch where they were of no help to us. We made the trip worthwhile by having fresh guacamole at Consuelo’s on Santana Row.
6 May 2010 - Thursday
We went rollerblading on the Embarcadero then ate outside in the sun before we took a nap at her place prior to me going to work a 6 pm shift.
7 May 2010 - Friday
We went to a fashion show rehearsal at her school then to Live Sushi with Victor, Natalie, and Walter. Then we had Kara’s cupcakes in North Beach and a few drinks at the Matrix on Fillmore.
10 May 2010 - Monday
She came over to my humble place for the first time and even spent the night! This meant so much to me. My roommate Alisa made homemade chocolate cookies and we drank Apricot Ale while watching Pirate Radio - except I didn’t see the movie at all. All I could see was her.
11 May 2010 - Tuesday
This morning she was covered in my cat’s fur and we drank Free Trade Organic coffee together before she took me to work. This memory melts my heart
12 May 2010 - Wednesday
We went to Muir Woods and she packed us these delicious sandwiches. On our way there we stopped and bought dried fruit that a man was selling from his truck. It wasn’t all that good, but it was the novelty of it.
Afterward, we stopped at Costco to pick up my prescription… and a big bottle of tequila. We got pretty buzzed before heading over to AT&T Park to meet my roommates for our first baseball game (we have no idea if the Giants won or lost… pretty sure they lost to the Padres, though). When we were waiting for a train on our way there, I’d showed her I could ollie on a skateboard, but on our way out of the stadium, I saw a man pulling a cart and in my drunken ambition, I jumped on it only to land backwards with my head on the concrete. Blacked out, I kept asking people if my brain was bleeding.
13 May 2010 - Thursday
We got back massages at Avra spa near the wharf, then took a sunset cruise from pier 37 1/2. We kissed underneath the Golden Gate Bridge :)
24 May 2010 - Monday
We went with my roommates (Alisa and Amy) to Santa Cruz. Got nauseous at the Mystery Spot, ate sandwiches from Hank’s at the Hook, then had a few beers downtown. I wish I could’ve showed her more. and I can’t wait to see her lounging around in a Santa Cruz hoodie ;)
29/30 May 2010 - Saturday/Sunday
ETD POP: The Dream. Went to a rave with Khres and David. David got arrested for selling Molly. Ended up at The End Up until 6 am before sleeping the day away
Angela and I went to Lime around 5 pm and had a couple mojitos before eating at this hidden patio place, which was pretty yummy, then we moved on to Trigger to dance and have more drinks while gay boys flaunted their dicks and asses. We ended up seeing Sex and the City, but I fell asleep. haha When I woke up we had tacos then went home to bed.
